We start with a pre-treatment to loosen any dust, dirt, grease, or other stains on the tile/grout. We then use an extreme steam rinse with sanitizers. We offer two different types of sealant. A good sealant is used to protect your tile/grout from any spills. Our middle grade sealant lasts up to 3 to 4 years or up to 4 cleanings, whichever comes first. Our high grade sealant is the best sealant on the market. This sealant lasts up to 5 to 7 years or up to 7 cleanings, whichever comes first. With either sealant you should be able to clean and maintain from grime, grease, or spills between cleanings. |
